Unplug all parts of the power cable, from the wall, the back of the machine and the power block in the middle of the cable.

• Leave this all unplugged for about 10 minutes before plugging them all back together and the machine should power on.

Try a different plug, one that is not on a switch or plugged into a power strip/surge protector.

• Check for green light on the power block if the light is on but the machine is not powering on an appointment will need to be scheduled
• If the light is not on the plug is not active or the block is not receiving power
